We are still in awe of how our community came together to be able to donate over 14,000 diapers to North Alabama Foster Closet. Thank you for helping make a difference in the lives of so many little ones in town.

We’re celebrating a huge delivery from Madison Speech - Athens Speech and wow… they truly showed up for local caregivers!

These two sisters adding their diaper delivery to the growing mountain at the Athens office is the perfect picture of what made this drive so powerful:

It’s not one donation that meets the need. It’s everyone coming together that changes a family’s week (and their budget).

Because of the clients, friends, colleagues, family members, coworkers, and providers at Madison Speech - Athens Speech:

✅ 14,147 diapers donated (more than double last year!)
✅ Wipes, too

And that means local caregivers won’t have to worry about diapers and wipes for a long while. That’s relief. That’s dignity. That’s community care in action!

Our weekly speech sessions with Ms. Makayla & McKenzie were always an adventure! From singing our /R/ words like rockstars to turning game time into full-on championship rounds, McKenzie kept me laughing weekly. She worked so hard—both in and out of our sessions—and I’m beyond proud of her! Getting to know her silly, joyful personality has been the best part. Congrats, friend… you officially rocked speech! 💬🎓

Because of YOUR generosity, we are humbled to share that we are donating over 14,000 diapers to North Alabama Foster Closet!! 😱😳This is more than DOUBLE the # of diapers we donated in 2024 - all because of YOU.

The involvement of our community which includes our amazing clients, friends, colleagues, family members, coworkers, & providers was unmatched. You guys really stepped up this year and showed out big time! Because of you, there will be a lot of local foster families who don’t have to worry about diapers and wipes anytime soon! Giving back to this community is something that we hold close to our hearts and we are so honored to get to do it alongside so many of you, in the form of this diaper drive.

Clinic families, we wanted to go ahead and share with you the dates that we will be open and those that we will be closed, for the upcoming holidays! 🎄

Please let us know if your family plans affect any upcoming scheduled appointments for your child. This is a very busy time of year, specifically as many families are looking to use any remaining approved visits before their insurance benefits start over again in the new year. If you are unable to make an appointment, please let our office know so we can utilize your appointment as needed.

‼️Thursday, December 18 is the last day that our clinic will be open for our regular therapy patients. We look forward to meeting many new faces on Friday, December 19.

A friendly reminder that if you call the office after December 19th, we will return your call when we are back in the office in the new year! Also, we will call referrals in the order that we receive them. 📞

Today we had so much fun decorating our tinsel trail Christmas tree in downtown Huntsville! 🎄

We hope you’ll 🍿P O P🍿 on down to Big Spring Park this Friday night, Nov 28th at 6pm for the official opening ceremony & to see all the decorated trees!
