Udi bread on right, $9.49. Kathy’s on left, $12.00. Theirs just over 1 pound… mine 2 # 10 ounces…gluten free bread does not have to be “mini” loaves. It can be tall, open grain structure, moist and really good!

After many attemps… gluten free English muffins! They are really, really good… I did not realize how much I missed them! Also, as an unintended consequence… they make the best gf hamburger buns I have ever had! Pm me for more information

Carne asada night. It was soooo good! Serves with Spanish rice (pm me for recipe), diced acadado, cucumber and tomato tossed with olive oil. Use Mission GF tortilla shells. It was so good!

First attempt at a custard coffee cake for the book. It is soooo good. I am going to try it with the beignet dough though and see which I like better.
