NewCare MD is looking to hire an exceptional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Direct Primary Care clinic in Madison, MS. The ideal LPN candidate will present an engaging personality with medical professionalism as NewCare strives to provide our members with the highest quality healthcare and premium, personalized patient experience.

Requirements:

* Current Mississippi LPN License
* Clinical experience working with and maintaining confidential information

Clinical responsibilities include:

* Conduct patient interviews and prepare patients for provider’s care
* Measure and record vital signs, symptoms and other relevant patient care data
* Conduct basic medical tasks including phlebotomy, common tests and lab functions
* Engage and assist in the examination and treatment of NewCare member patients
* Prepare and maintain examination and treatment rooms
* Prepare and maintain clinic inventory of supplies and equipment for patient care
* Manage personal professional development and maintain required clinical knowledge, technical skills, training and credentials

Keys to success:

* Positive, friendly demeanor with exceptional customer and patient service skills
* Willingness and ability to serve as part of a small, flexible clinical team
* Dependable, detail-oriented and high stress tolerance
* Will report to Lead RN
