Shoreline Psychological is a private practice providing psychological services for people across the lifespan. We specialize in working across the family system, providing services to children, adolescents, young adults, couples and individual adults. We offer groups for kids with social anxiety, depression, and other special needs. We are also available for speaking engagements in the community on topics of interest.
We are the only practice on the CT Shoreline providing comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy for individuals with severe emotional regulation issues. We have 4 intensively trained clinicians on staff and provide Skills groups for all ages (including parents) as well as individual and phone coaching.
