February's Therapist book recommendation comes from Angie. She recommends "How to Carry What Can't be Fixed" by Megan Devine. This is a creative approach with lots of permission to express grief in your own way with gentle guidance to make it feel less overwhelming. It acknowledges the roller coaster of emotions you experience when grieving. I have appreciated the structure it gives to navigate losses while learning how to tend to your needs during this emotionally draining time.
