On this episode of Saturday Night chat, Mary Jo shares her journey through recovery. She reflects upon her personal challenges and experiences that led to substance use, and the factors that made her decide to seek help. Through her storytelling, Mary Jo highlights the emotional and practical
hurdles she faced with substance use and the connections that have helped her build a strong, therapeutic support system that helped her through her road to recovery. Today, Mary Jo channels her lived experience into advocacy and peer support, offering hope and wisdom to others navigating similar paths.
