Healing Through Creative Expression 🌿🎨

Huge thanks to those who joined Lisa Nelson, LN Design Studios, and me for our creative workshop event on March 19th! ✨ The evening was full of connection and discovery as we explored the power of creative expression. 💫

Participants were able to reconnect with their inner selves, release emotions without needing words, and tap into a sense of curiosity and play. 🌀🌈 The experience supported nervous system regulation, helping to lower stress hormones like cortisol, and created a safe space for self-expression and reflection. 🧘‍♀️🍃

It was so inspiring to see each person immerse themselves in the process and leave feeling lighter, more present, and energized! 🌟

This event is happening at Bohemian Oasis Healing Center, where I also offer my one-on-one energy sessions on Tuesdays from 2–8 p.m. The sanctuary space where they host workshops is truly beautiful and so peaceful.

Today was a day of firsts. First time at Muso Madison https://musomadison.com/home/ to join Iris Mickey's Moving with the Voice class. What a cool place and will be sure to go back, especially since I am a strong believer in the Power of Music🎵! Then I headed over to the Rotanda Cafe and was glad to finally try it out! It is right across from the Bohemian Oasis Healing Center, where I provide energy healing sessions on Tuesdays. I love the Shenk-Atwood neighborhood! 💕
