As we go through life our bodies cope with many types of stress like, repetitive motion injuries, habitual imbalances and trauma. Through various bodywork techniques, we can release and mobilize tissue adhesions. This helps create balance in joints, relieving pressures on pain sensitive structures. In addition I teach clients self-treatment techniques to relieve pain and restrictions at home with simple tools. Hello clients and friends!

Does anyone have a cabin on the Wisconsin River or Lake Wisconsin that they want to rent out as Retreat space? I'm hoping to find cabins that have bunk rooms and can sleep many people.
Any leads would be very helpful.

I'm expanding my healing offerings this year to retreats and intensives at some beautiful locations like Kauai and New York State.
I'm hoping to find some close local ones too.
