As we go through life our bodies cope with many types of stress like, repetitive motion injuries, habitual imbalances and trauma. Through various bodywork techniques, we can release and mobilize tissue adhesions. This helps create balance in joints, relieving pressures on pain sensitive structures. In addition I teach clients self-treatment techniques to relieve pain and restrictions at home with simple tools.
