Due to the weather, Family First will be closed on Monday. Depending on whether we have electricity Tuesday, we will reopen.

State employees. This is your HMO option for medical insurance if you currently have Aetna. Only other option is the Florida Blue ppo.

Open enrollment for the State of Florida employees is happening now. Please be mindful of your insurance choices. All of the options are HMO's except for the Florida Blue PPO. We are not in network with any of the HMO products. If you are a patient of ours, you will need to choose the Florida Blue or you will need to find a new provider. Good luck.

Family First will be closed until September 5. That is contingent upon electricity. If you have any needs that we need to take care call the office number and it will forward to our after hours phone.

Family First will be closed on Wednesday. Our plans are to be open on Thursday if Madison is not severely affected by the storm. Everyone be safe and pray.

JOB OPENING. We are in search of a part time position for triage. This includes taking vitals, medication hx, surgical hx, etc. This will be for Tuesdays and Thursdays at this time.
