The Madison Free Clinic is a non-profit that provides medical, vision, dental, and pharmacy services We are not a walk-in clinic.

We provide health care including medical, vision, dental (including dentures), as well non-narcotic prescriptions, laboratory services, Flu shots, COVID testing and mental health services.
