Microneedling is one of the best ways to help stimulate collagen production, but in order to reap the full benefits, you have to make sure
you’re helping your skin in the process.

Post treatment care is as important as the treatment itself.

For two days post treatment, please AVOID

- Direct UV ray exposure
- Intensive cardio exercise or exercise regimens
- Excessively hot showers, baths, sauna, or self tanning
- Skin care treatments including but not limited to: Microdermabrasion, laser, intense pulsed light, chemical peels, muscle relaxant injoctions, and dermal fillers
- Swimming in chlorinated pools or the ocean
- Tattooing including cosmetic tattooing

For a minimum of 5 days post treatment, please avoid the use of skincare products containing any of the following active resurfacing
ingredients: Alpha Hydroxy acids (AHA); including but not limited to, glycolic, lactic, malic acids

Help your skin be the best it can by following the right steps. You’ll be happy you did ;)
