Outpost 422 is spearheading a “Smart Document” that flags employers who use the interactive dialogue process questionnaire as a “bad faith” onboarding practice.

The document will have an AI assistant sheepdogging Human Resources for breaching confidentiality disclaimers and security clearances.

All because lawyers do not give one rat f*ck about your service. This form will flag the Respondent’s lawyer as bad faith and immediately refer their practice to the VA as an attempted medical breach of privacy when an interrogatory demands you turn over your VA medical records. This is long overdue.

I have five bad faith employers flagged in Dane County as domestic terrorists and will continue to advance our stake as Light Fighters who served down range with the 10th Mountain Division. Climb to Glory.
