There’s something special about a small-town office.

We get to see familiar faces, catch up on life, and watch families grow. Whether it is kids coming in for their first pair of glasses to parents coming back in for their own exams, or long time patients coming back to us time and time again.

It’s more than appointments to us.
It’s relationships, conversations, and taking care of people we genuinely know.

We’re really grateful to serve this community and be a small part of your everyday lives.

Kids are spending more time on screens than ever, and their eyes feel it too.

If your child is:
• rubbing their eyes
• complaining of headaches
• sitting very close to screens
• losing focus quickly

…it may be more than just “tired eyes.”

We provide gentle, kid-friendly exams to help make sure everything is developing as it should.

Your eye exam checks more than just your vision.

During a comprehensive exam, we’re also looking at your overall eye health — which can sometimes give us early signs of things like high blood pressure, diabetes, and other health concerns.

It’s one of the simplest ways to stay proactive about your health.

If it’s been a while since your last visit, this is your friendly reminder.
📲 Call or text us anytime to schedule.

We know it can be tempting after a long day… but sleeping in your contacts (unless specifically prescribed) can increase your risk of dryness, irritation, and even infection.

When you sleep in lenses, your eyes get less oxygen, which can make them more vulnerable to problems.

A simple habit that makes a big difference:
✔ Take your contacts out before bed
✔ Give your eyes a break overnight
✔ Keep a fresh pair ready for the next day

If you’ve accidentally slept in them and your eyes feel irritated, it’s always okay to reach out.

📲 Call or text us anytime — we’re here to help keep your eyes healthy and comfortable.

When was your last eye exam?

Vision changes can happen gradually, which means you may not notice them right away.

Routine eye exams help keep your prescription up to date and allow us to monitor your overall eye health.

A simple visit now can help prevent bigger issues later.

📲 Call or text us anytime to schedule.

If your eyes feel itchy, watery, or irritated this time of year, pollen may be the culprit. Allergy-related eye symptoms are very common and can make everyday activities uncomfortable.

Common signs include:
• red or watery eyes
• itching
• burning or irritation
• light sensitivity

The good news is there are treatments that can help relieve symptoms and protect your eye health.

📲 Call or text our office if allergy season is bothering your eyes.

Wearing contact lenses is safe and comfortable when they’re cared for properly. A few simple habits can make a big difference in protecting your eye health:

✔ Replace your lenses on schedule
✔ Avoid sleeping in contacts unless approved
✔ Always wash and dry your hands before handling lenses
✔ Use fresh contact solution daily — never reuse old solution
✔ Never rinse lenses with water

If you notice redness, discomfort, blurry vision, or increased dryness, remove your lenses and give us a call. Sometimes a small adjustment in lens type or fit can make all the difference.

We’re here to help you wear your contacts safely and comfortably — call or text our office anytime with questions. 💙

Behind every eye exam, every pair of glasses, and every appointment is a team that cares about more than just prescriptions.

We care about:
• making kids feel comfortable during their first exam
• taking time to answer your questions
• helping you choose frames you actually love
• making sure you never feel rushed
• knowing our patients by name
