A beautiful evening of pampering and connection. Our ladies enjoyed soothing Mary Kaye facials, soft music, and lots of smiles. Sometimes, a little self-care brings the biggest joy. Thanks, Lynda Crick for taking care of the ladies tonight.

We love having a full house at our Men’s Group. Being able to hear the laughter and conversations from across the hall, warms our hearts. We got our “Jack of All Trades”(aka our Maintenance man, Danny) to sit down and enjoy at chat this morning. Then, onto leg strengthening, coffee bar/gospel music and Rockin’ with Tonya. We can indulge in all the sweet holidays, because we keep a strict exercise routine. Monday morning strength training, Rockin’ with Tonya and bingo this afternoon. It’s all about balance.

Today, we’re celebrating “National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day” with a little extra sweetness! Everyone sent their own “cookie gram” to someone special. Small treats with big heart, will always brighten the day of the wonderful residents and staff here at The Paragon.
