Amanda was named our March Employee of the Month—so well deserved for the love, care, and dedication she shows our residents every single day. And a big congratulations to Elena for receiving our second Shining Star Award! ✨ Not only do our residents adore her, but she also shares her incredible talent by singing karaoke for them, bringing so much joy and smiles.

We are so lucky to have both of these wonderful women on our team! 💕

Such a special day celebrating our Activities Director, Alyssa! 💕 She was completely surprised with a beautiful baby shower that had been thoughtfully planned for weeks by one of our wonderful residents, with help from our incredible team across CNAs, dietary, and administration.

To make it even more meaningful, the resident gifted Alyssa’s baby a gorgeous handmade blanket—truly a labor of love. Moments like these remind us just how special our community is. 🍼✨

We had such a fun and festive Easter here today! 🐰💐 We started the morning with a special visit from the Easter Bunny, spreading smiles and handing out goodie bags to everyone. Then the fun continued with a lively game of “Catch the Bunny,” followed by lots of laughs and friendly competition during Easter trivia. A sweet day full of joy, memories, and celebration! 🌷🥚💛

Getting into the St. Patrick’s Day spirit! We got creative and used bell peppers as stamps to paint four-leaf clovers. 🎨 It was such a fun and simple craft and everyone loved seeing their clovers come to life.

We’ve also been enjoying our morning coffee cart being pushed around by our activities assistant, Kylee. Nothing better than starting the day with a warm cup of coffee and friendly smiles! ☕💚

This week we recognize National Nursing Home Administrators Week—a time to honor the people who carry the responsibility of caring for some of the most vulnerable members of our communities.

Being a nursing home administrator is more than a title or a job. It’s a calling. It’s the quiet moments most people never see—sitting beside a resident who needs comfort, holding a hand when someone feels alone, reassuring a worried family member, and standing beside your staff on the hardest days.

Every day you make decisions that affect lives. Every day you carry the weight of making sure residents are safe, cared for, and treated with dignity. And in the middle of all the paperwork, regulations, and long hours, you never lose sight of the most important thing—the people who call your community home.

To every nursing home administrator:
Thank you for the compassion you show when no one is watching.
Thank you for the strength it takes to keep going on the difficult days.
Thank you for the heart you bring into a role that asks so much of you.
