I will be renting out this space for special events! Stay tuned for upcoming workshops, classes, and more!
I’d love to hear from everyone on what they would like me to offer! No Hot Yoga will be offered here but you are welcome to join me at the YMCA on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays for that! I will not be offering a regularly scheduled classes here. Just workshops 1-3 times a month! Soooooo, what it is? Yin? Restorative? Sound baths? Couples classes? Glow yoga?? Let me hear it!

My May Hot Yoga Classes at the YMCA are hot off the press! Give yourself the gift of movement, conscious breath and stillness! Classes are available for registration 48 hours before classes on the DAXKO App! Free for members! Class passes available for nonmembers!

Side note: There was a misunderstanding Saturday 4/27! Class was not supposed to be canceled. Someone who signed up for class called to cancel their registration for the class and when when they said, “I need to cancel hot yoga because my daughter is sick.” The front desk thought it was me! lol! So sorry for the misunderstanding! See you all soon!

In case you didn’t know, yours truly and Ashley Blackburn, teachers from Synergy are teaching hot yoga at the Hopkins County YMCA! My next class is tomorrow 3/26 at 4:30pm! My classes are pop up classes and are advertised monthly! Their regularly scheduled classes are the same each week! Come see meeeee! I miss the Synergy family I don’t get to see anymore!!

I thought it was really weird that I have not had any voicemails at the office…. Today I checked as always and all of the sudden I have 50+ voicemails dating back in October! I’m mortified! There have been so many calls and I am so sorry if you have left a voicemail at the office and never received a call back!
