My May Hot Yoga Classes at the YMCA are hot off the press! Give yourself the gift of movement, conscious breath and stillness! Classes are available for registration 48 hours before classes on the DAXKO App! Free for members! Class passes available for nonmembers!

Side note: There was a misunderstanding Saturday 4/27! Class was not supposed to be canceled. Someone who signed up for class called to cancel their registration for the class and when when they said, “I need to cancel hot yoga because my daughter is sick.” The front desk thought it was me! lol! So sorry for the misunderstanding! See you all soon!

In case you didn’t know, yours truly and Ashley Blackburn, teachers from Synergy are teaching hot yoga at the Hopkins County YMCA! My next class is tomorrow 3/26 at 4:30pm! My classes are pop up classes and are advertised monthly! Their regularly scheduled classes are the same each week! Come see meeeee! I miss the Synergy family I don’t get to see anymore!!

I thought it was really weird that I have not had any voicemails at the office…. Today I checked as always and all of the sudden I have 50+ voicemails dating back in October! I’m mortified! There have been so many calls and I am so sorry if you have left a voicemail at the office and never received a call back!

Update:
I will be teaching tonight at 5:30pm and we are adding a class Friday at 6pm with Sam!

This week is the last week of classes at Synergy! It is bitter sweet and it’s been a long grieving process that honestly probably started at the beginning of Covid. Here are this weeks remaining classes and they are subject to change! I might add a pop up especially if any of my teachers want to come back for one last whoorah! Classes will be updated on the Vagaro App where you can also register.

Wednesday at 5:30pm the great Sam I Am is going to teach a Hot Yoga Flow!

Thursday I will teach either or both (undecided) at 8:30am and 6pm unless one of the other teachers would like to take those spots.

Friday, I’m considering a pop up class if there is enough interest.

Saturday will be the last class. I will teach Saturday and try not to cry the entire way through. I look forward to laying in Savasana with you, my yogi family, soaking up the time and space surrounding us.

I know that amazing things are yet to come in my life. I know I needed a transition but they are still so hard. I’m working to embrace it and welcome it. I’m still grieving and will until I am not.
