At Madisonville Care Center, we are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to give back to the men and women who have served our country with courage and dedication. It was a wonderful morning filled with fellowship, gratitude, and community as we gathered to recognize and celebrate our local veterans.

Thank you to the Madison County Veterans Service Agency and Austin Reed American Legion Post 84 for hosting this monthly event for the Veterans in our community!

Every recovery journey has a story of strength, and Roger’s is one we’re proud to share. 💙

After fighting a tough battle during his hospital stay, Roger came to Madisonville Care Center determined to regain his strength and independence. With the support of our dedicated therapy team and nursing staff, he worked hard every day in rehabilitation, pushing through challenges and celebrating progress along the way.

Through perseverance and encouragement, Roger made incredible strides in therapy. His determination and positive attitude inspired not only our staff, but also those around him.

Stories like Roger’s remind us why skilled nursing and rehabilitation services are so important. With the right care, support, and commitment, residents can regain strength, confidence, and quality of life.

🌟Celebrating National Social Work Month 🌟

Today we are proud to recognize Lamara Patton, Social Worker at Madisonville Care Center, and thank her for the compassion and dedication she brings to our residents and families every day.

Lamara graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2018 and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Social Work. With over 7 years of experience in social work, she joined the Madisonville Care Center team in September 2025 and has already made a meaningful impact on our community.

Lamara shares that she enjoys social work because it allows her to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Supporting individuals through challenging moments and witnessing their progress is incredibly rewarding to her. She also values the relationships she builds with residents and families and the opportunity to advocate for those who may not always have a voice.

We are grateful for Lamara’s heart for service, her compassion, and the support she provides to our residents and their loved ones. Thank you, Lamara, for all that you do! 💙
