📍 On the Move!
The Monroe County Health Council has been a bit "mobile" lately! While the Monroe County Health Department finishes up some exciting remodeling, we’ve had to take our monthly meetings on the road. 🚧

We want to extend a huge THANK YOU to our incredible community partners. These organizations stepped up and graciously donated their space to ensure our work continues without a hitch:

We are so grateful to live and work in a county where everyone lends a helping hand. Stay tuned for updates on when we’ll be back in our home office!

Applications for the 2026 Opioid Settlement Funding Cycle open March 1–31. The Monroe County Opioid Advisory Council is hosting an Application Q&A Session for organizations that have reviewed the application and remediation list and have questions before applying.

We’re thankful for the Prevention Alliance of TN for hosting this awesome experience, proud of the Monroe County Prevention & Wellness for working hard to make this trip possible year after year, proud of the kids who attend & choose to boldly use their voice, and proud that the council is able to chaperone and play a small part in the day! ❤️

🧡 Today we wore orange for teen dating violence awareness . 🧡 Every teen deserves relationships built on respect, trust, and safety—not control or fear. By starting conversations and recognizing the signs, we can help create a future where healthy relationships are the norm. 🧡
