West AHEC was excited to be part of the BHDM Healthcare Roundtable event!! The keynote speaker shared on managing mental health in the workplace, and we were glad to join the conversation by providing educational resources for employers on supporting staff and reducing stress.

And because we ❤️LOVE❤️ mental health, we also handed out a few fun stress relievers as a reminder that caring for our mental health is just as important as caring for our physical health!!

West AHEC had a great time at the KY Farm Bureau Membership Appreciation Day event. We were able to partner with the BHDM residency, who provided biometric screenings and we shared educational items and resources for National Cholesterol Month. A special shoutout to Representative Wade Williams for being at the event and supporting community health efforts!! We love opportunities like this to partner with others and help keep KY healthy!!
