A graduate of LSU School of Medicine (2019) and Children’s Hospital New Orleans residency (2022), Dr. Clinkingbeard joined St. Tammany Pediatrics in 2025 and has been making a colorful impact ever since — whether it’s through his silly socks or spontaneous renditions of “Let It Go” in the clinic. 🧦🎶

St. Tammany Health System has announced special holiday hours for its clinics and facilities this Labor Day. Here's what to expect:

🏥 Emergency Services
Always open — 24/7 — including both the Covington hospital and Mandeville Emergency Department.

👩‍⚕️ Primary Care Clinics
• Express Care (Covington): Open noon – 7 p.m.
• Express Care Kids (Mandeville): Open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• All other primary care clinics: Closed Monday, reopen Tuesday.

🩺 Specialty & Outpatient Clinics: Closed Monday, reopen Tuesday.

💊 Pharmacies
• Braswell’s Pharmacy: Closed Monday
• Employee Pharmacy: Open 8 a.m. – 2 p.m., normal hours resume Tuesday

📠 Business Offices: Closed Monday, reopen Tuesday

🚗 Valet & Shuttle Services
• No valet on Monday
• Lot 7 shuttle runs 5 a.m. – 10 p.m.
• Full services resume Tuesday

New Heights provides therapeutic horseback riding and equine-assisted activities that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development for individuals of all abilities.

Since 2022, St. Tammany Health System has teamed with the New Heights Therapeutic Riding Center in Folsom, where patients can benefit from hippotherapy, or therapeutic horseback riding, in addition to traditional physical therapy treatments.
