Also, a big thank you to those that have filled out the questionnaire. This whole process takes time. After you fill out the questionnaire, it goes to a review team. After they are reviewed, they will choose a couple people at a time to screen.
Please be patient, as they say "all good things come to those who wait".....

Anyone interested in becoming a potential living donor can go online to complete a confidential Health History Questionnaire (HHQ):

I've also attached the QR code for the HHQ--that might be easier for potential donors.
