Today was full of smiles, laughter, and a whole lot of creativity as our residents teamed up with the Tiger Tots to make beautiful May Day baskets together! 🧺✨

From tiny hands to wise hearts, this special time brought generations together to share stories, decorate with bright spring colors, and spread joy one basket at a time. 💛 The room was filled with laughter, connection, and the true spirit of May Day—kindness and giving.

Our residents had a wonderful time on their bus trip to the mall—browsing their favorite stores, picking out a few treasures, and enjoying some delicious bites at the food court. From shopping bags to sweet treats, there were plenty of smiles to go around!

Joan has been spending some extra time loving on our sweet facility dog, Chloe—and let’s just say Chloe isn’t complaining one bit! From belly rubs to plenty of treats, Joan is making sure Chloe feels just as special as she makes all of us feel every day.

The smell of summer is officially in the air at The Cedars Assisted Living! ☀️🔥

Our tenants enjoyed their first grill-out of the season, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From delicious food fresh off the grill to all the homemade sides and desserts, every bite was made with care and shared with great company.

There’s nothing better than good food, warm weather, and even better conversations. Moments like these are what make our community feel like home ❤️

Madird Home partners with multiple colleges and programs, like Nightingale, to train the next generation of care givers! It has been a rewarding experience having nursing students with us as they completed their training. Today, we bid farewell to these talented individuals as they take the next step in their journey to become Registered Nurses. We are proud to have been a part of their growth and development, and we wish them all the best as they embark on this new chapter in their careers.
