🌟 Meet Carly and Brodey, our dynamic duo leading the way at Madrid Home! 🌟

Carly, our dedicated Director of Nursing, brings 10 years of invaluable experience from her time in the hospital setting. With her recent promotion to this role, Carly has shown unwavering commitment to providing top-notch care for our residents. As a loving mother of three (with a fourth on the way!), Carly's strength and compassion shine through even during challenging times, as her husband prepares for a military deployment this summer.

Brodey, our esteemed Administrator, with a 10-year career in senior living leadership. His passion for enhancing the quality of life for residents has led him to serve on various state and national associations, including collaborating with the attorney general on the development of elder abuse laws in Iowa. Brodey's outstanding leadership has earned him national and local recognition, as the American HealthCare Association Leader of the Year as well as the prestigious Des Moines FortyUnder40 award. Originally hailing from a small town of 500 in Illinois, Brodey's down-to-earth nature and dedication to our community are truly inspiring.
