As many of you know, I am a card reader (tarot) and my big accomplishment was creating my own deck; one that was at once affirmative and guiding. I am now in the process of making another deck, a commemorative deck regarding the fire, to help myself and others deal with it and hopefully heal from it. I am seeking art for the cards themselves. I need your depictions of the sunrise November 8, neighbors helping neighbors, the sense of despair as we filtered into FEMA, first responders putting their lives on the line, our pets and homes and gardens, the aftermath, the future of paradise. All submissions will be recognized and featured in the manual, 22 submissions will be selected to represent the cards of the major arcana. I am currently seeking submissions of camp fire art (paintings, drawings, crayon, etc--not photography) to possibly feature in the tarot deck I am creating commemorating the fire and the collective hero's journey it entailed.
