Too much power has been concentrated with just a few very powerful pharmacy-insurance companies and they are driving up the costs to patients. Too many patients are forced to go without or are not able to pick up the medication the doctor wants for them because the insurance company requires "prior authorization" or wants them to use their "preferred drug" instead.

Doctors should decide what medication is best for their patients. Not insurance companies.

It only takes a few minutes. Please help us make this change.

We see it all day long. People's insurance companies should be SAVING them money, but often we find if we run prescriptions through insurance, the insurance company charges patients more than if they just used our pharmacy's discount program with no insurance at all.

It's not right.

People should not have to go without necessary medication.

Please take the time to contact your representatives to help make medication more affordable to those who need it.

COVID-19 Vaccine
Age: 6 months and older
Frequency: Varies based on current health guidelines; typically annually

Shingles Vaccine (Shingrix)
Age: 50 and older
Frequency: Two doses, 2 to 6 months apart; no need for additional doses after completing the series

RSV Vaccine
Age: 60 and older
Frequency: One dose
