To all my Friends and Family today I’m resting after having my Aortic valve replaced on Wednesday. Everything went smooth as can be and I feel
Like I just bought the extended warranty of life. We get up everyday forgetting how special the day really is until your put in a spot where the tomorrow’s are coming to an end. I so very thankful to still be here today and believe I have another 10-15 if this new valve will hang in there. For some of you it’s thank God others may say Damn the luck lol. But for me it is thank the Lord above for his compassion and gifts to the medical profession that allow these extensions of life. I’m so excited to see what I can do with this new lease on life. Special thanks to all of my family for supporting me and all prayer warriors out there that made it happen. Matt and Gail Ho**er you are included in my family thank you all.

Hood and exhaust system cleaning technician. Ability to work nights with in two man teams. Able to climb a ladder work on roof tops to clean fans, Lift up to 50lbs. If your fans are not pulling like they used to call HoodGuyz for a duct inspection to verify and inspect your system. Recently a customer had smoke building in the restaurant asked for a inspection. When we arrived it was determined there was no duct access to inspect the system we schedule install of panels from our friends at Sync Ventilation. This triggered a scheduled cleaning once we opened the duct for service this is what we found 10 years of build up. The prior service provider never informed the customer of no access no pictures were presented or reports detailed. once the duct work was cleared th and the system returned to service the kitchen was clear of smoke and operating as designed.

These are pictures of a duct fire we were called out to clean and clear and verify the duct was good to return to service. If your hood cleaners do not take pictures before after consider a change and ask them if the duct work is clear and has plenty of access.

As in all businesses we to have our great loses and today is one of those days. Clint has tendered his resignation to pursue new adventures outside of the Family Business. Clint has been a great asset to our team over the years and will be missed deeply. His dedication and commitment has been a shinning light when we struggled to find employees during covid he stuck it out and covered many shifts. Clint we wish all the best on your new Journey and there will always be a spot here for you if you ever need it. Thank you for all you have done and I look forward to hearing of your great success in the near future.

Get a call from a frantic customer thinks his fan needs to be replaced due to vibrations and noise. He had the hood and exhaust system cleaned just 4 days ago by a low cost provider. I go to the roof to check the fan bearings and belt the most common issues with fans. This is what I found on the roof heavy build up in the bell and on the blades. Keep in mind fans are balanced like a tire on a car they use tiny weights to find the sweet spot and no vibrations. Took pictures and a video of the debris to show the customer and let him know it will smooth out in a few days as the grease re positions on the blades. Make sure your hood cleaners take before and after pictures for your files and always inspect what you expect.

Assist in cleaning of commercial kitchens. Must be comfortable climbing ladders able to lift 50lbs and most of the work is done over night between the hours of 8pm - 5am there is pressure washing involved prior experience would be a plus.
