🎓❤️ South Arkansas Cardiac Rehab- Magnolia Graduation Recognition ❤️🎓
We love celebrating the hard work of our patients here at South Arkansas Cardiac Rehab in Magnolia. Each graduate reminds us why this program matters—stronger hearts, healthier lifestyles, and renewed confidence. Here’s what a few of our recent patients had to say about their experience:
🎓Charles Hogan
Charles shared that he really enjoyed working with our caring and professional staff. The educational portion of the program—including the videos and cooking classes—helped him understand just how important heart-healthy eating is.
Going forward, Charles plans to cook differently than before by cutting back on sodium and has even joined a fitness club to stay active.
The biggest benefit for him was learning how to safely work out on different equipment while also gaining knowledge about heart-healthy nutrition.
🎓Tammy Sims
Tammy said what stood out most during her time in cardiac rehab was how committed and encouraging the staff was. She felt supported every step of the way and appreciated how the team pushed her to do her very best.
Moving forward, Tammy plans to make healthier food choices and continue working daily exercise into her routine.
One of the biggest benefits she gained was learning how to push herself and stay consistent with her health goals.
🎓Shirley Green
Shirley shared that she truly enjoyed everything about the program—especially the people she met along the way. The supportive environment and encouragement from both staff and fellow patients made the experience meaningful for her.
Going forward, Shirley plans to join a gym and feels confident using the equipment thanks to what she learned in rehab.
She says she has noticed real improvements in her strength, endurance, and energy levels. The program helped her feel stronger and more confident about staying active and taking care of her heart.
🎓Toni Rankin
Toni says the staff made the biggest impact on her experience. Their encouragement and constant monitoring helped push her on days when she didn’t think she could do it. She appreciated how closely the team worked with her to build a program that would make her heart stronger.
Moving forward, Toni plans to walk on the treadmill, use her NuStep at home, and do barbell exercises during TV commercials. She and her husband are also planning to go to the gym together twice a week.
Toni says the biggest benefits she saw were better endurance, increased strength, and simply feeling better overall.
We are so proud of each of you embarking on your heart health journey and we are encouraged by your determination and grit to better yourselves and make heart healthy choices! Keep up the good work! 💪🏼❤️
