We had our very first Vitality & Strength class this week, led by the amazing Jennifer Martini, and it was such a special one! 💪✨

This class is designed specifically for our seniors, focusing on strength, flexibility, grip strength, resistance training, and light cardio—all the things that help us stay independent, confident, and moving well as we age.

The truth is, movement is medicine. The more we continue to move, lift, stretch, and stay active, the better our bodies respond as the years go on. It’s not about going hard—it’s about staying consistent and taking care of the body God gave us. ❤️

We are so proud of everyone who showed up and put in the work. Y’all are inspiring!

✨ NEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT: VITALITY & STRENGTH ✨

At 99 Health and Wellness, we believe fitness should meet you exactly where you are — and we are so excited to introduce Vitality and Strength, a brand-new class designed for those with limited mobility, anyone just starting their fitness journey, and adults ages 55+ who want to stay strong, independent, and moving well.
This class uses a chair and light weights while focusing on:

✔️ Stretching & mobility
✔️ Balance & stability
✔️ Grip strength
✔️ Low-impact cardio
✔️ Functional movements for everyday life

As we age, maintaining muscle mass, protecting joint health, improving balance, and keeping our bodies mobile becomes even more important. Strength training and consistent movement help support bone health, reduce fall risk, improve energy levels, and keep you doing the things you love longer. It’s never too late to start — and you don’t have to do it alone.
