Tips and tricks for a smooth Halloween 🎃

1. Try on the costume before Halloween night. Trust me this can help to avoid any unknown scratchy material, too big or too small costumes, or unwanted accessories like a mask.
2. Practice a trick or treat routine. This may look different for each child whether it’s practicing the /r/ sound, the whole phrase, using a picture, or just the routine of going to a house then leaving.
3. Talk about what your little one is allowed to pick out of the baskets. This will save a lot of heart ache when they come back with something they can’t have.
