Realign & Rise: The Alchemy of Change is a unique, six-hour retreat that gently guides you through the natural phases of personal evolution using an integrated blend of life coaching, gentle yoga, energy healing, sound therapy, and guided meditation. Grounded in Martha Beck’s Change Cycle, the experience unfolds in four intentional stages, from release to renewal, allowing your mind, body, and spirit to move together through the emotional and energetic arc of change.
Liz (Spirit of Golden Joinery ), Pam and Marty will guide you as they interweave their modalities throughout the day. Each session builds upon the last, creating a cohesive experience that mirrors the process of inner transformation.
✨ Coaching offers powerful tools and language for understanding where you are in your life journey, helping you release control, explore new visions, break through blocks, and arrive with clarity.
✨ Gentle yoga and embodied movement ground and awaken your body, creating space to feel and process emotion through breath and presence.
✨ Reiki energy healing is offered in group settings throughout the retreat to soothe the nervous system, promote energetic release, and invite a sense of deep inner harmony.
✨ Immersive sound, including crystal alchemy bowls, gong and chimes are layered within movement and meditation, amplifying healing through vibration.
✨ Meditations and visualizations help you connect to your inner guidance, explore emotional truths, and integrate new awarenesses from the inside out.
