I am so deeply grateful for 2025 — the year I chose to bet on myself and open my private practice.

Align Counseling was created with the intention of welcoming each person exactly as they are and walking alongside them as they come home to themselves. This couch has held tears, laughter, courage, and vulnerability. It has witnessed so many brave moments of growth and healing.

I’m incredibly proud of what this space has become, and I’m so excited to see how it continues to grow in 2026 🤍
