I provide individualized care based on the current circumstances and preferences of the expectant couple. I provide support by sharing current information to enable the expectant family to make informed decisions. I will also focus on providing emotional support, as doulas recognize that birth is an important life event that will be remembered forever and should be a positive memory for the entire family. Furthermore, I will provide continuous non-medical support during labor and delivery. The care I provide at Texas Family Doula is individualized and based on the current circumstances and preferences of the expectant couple. As your Birth Doula I will provide:

- 24/7 phone call, text, and email communication
