Please join us in welcoming Billie Jo (BJ) Sellman, LPC as Chief Executive Officer of Cedar Creek Residential Program.

With more than 30 years of experience in behavioral health, BJ brings a strong background in trauma-informed, evidence-based care, along with deep expertise in program development, clinical leadership, and operational excellence. She holds a Master’s Degree in Group Process and Psychotherapy from Hahnemann University and has led multidisciplinary teams across inpatient, outpatient, and residential settings.

BJ is highly experienced in modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and trauma-focused treatment, and is known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to quality, safety, and meaningful outcomes.

In her role, BJ oversees the day-to-day operations of Cedar Creek, continuing to strengthen systems of care for patients, families, and communities.

We’re proud to highlight Sarah Mohl, MS, CRS and the care she brings to STR.

Sarah holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has experience across both inpatient and outpatient settings, giving her a well-rounded, collaborative approach to treatment.

She is passionate about honoring each person’s individuality in recovery, focusing on empowerment and helping clients build self-trust as they discover what supports their healing journey.

Sarah also brings personal and professional experience with NA, AA, and SMART Recovery, allowing her to support clients with flexibility and understanding across different pathways.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, holds a Bachelor’s in Professional Writing, and is a proud handler of a certified therapy dog in agility training.
