Ayabi Home Care Ayabi Home Care is open and accepting clients and hiring PCA’s. We are a brand-new agency located on Main Street in Mahnomen.

We were recently approved and Enrolled as a Minnesota Heath Care Provider by the state of Minnesota to provide PCA services. We are a 100% woman-owned, local, small business and we are both enrolled members of the White Earth Nation.

Hey everyone! Just a quick note from us at Ayabi Home Care:
We’re a locally owned, state approved provider located in Mahnomen on the White Earth Reservation. Rooted in our community, our work is more than just providing services, it’s about caring for our people and supporting the communities we call home. We provide home care services through Minnesota’s PCA and CFSS programs, serving all counties within the Reservation, surrounding areas, and beyond in Minnesota.
