Do you find yourself feeling drained, apathetic, and uninspired during the long winter months? Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) might be to blame. SAD often occurs during the winter months and affects around 5% of people every year. SAD typically mirrors symptoms of depression including hopelessness, lower libido, and lethargy.

With winter approaching, it's time to start being proactive about fighting seasonal affective disorder.
