Do you know a family with high schoolers in Champaign County?

Help us spread the word that our hygiene supply giveaway will be this Thursday, 8/7 starting at 10am.

All we will need is proof of school enrollment. This could be a school ID or confirmation of enrollment from your Champaign County High School.

We have 500 drawstring bags of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, deodorant, brush/comb, toothpaste and toothbrush to distribute. First come first served.

Good afternoon! If you have kiddos at the High School, you might know me. Otherwise- hi! My name's Courtney and I am the Health EOP at Mahomet-Seymour High School.

As you all know, it's time to start thinking about school physicals for incoming 9th graders that are due the day that school starts.

Please note: If your child is in a sport and needs a school physical, a regular Child Health Examination will work perfect for both of those. An IHSA sports physical will only cover a sports physical, and not a typical 9th grade physical which includes the immunization record.

Our ROE-9 Nurse Practitioner Jessica Wagner is providing free school and sports physicals to any student in Champaign & Ford County.

Appointments begin next week on Wednesday, July 30th and are available every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday that follows. Families can schedule an appointment by calling READY at (217) 239-0322 or you can email her directly at jwagner@readyprogram.org. Such a great opportunity to get those physicals done for the year!

Jessica is also available to support schools or families with medical needs throughout the school year. Feel free to reach out to her at any time as needed.
