The Library will be closed for the holidays December 24 & 25, and January 1. We will also have shortened hours the week between Christmas and New Year's.

Our regular hours will resume Friday, January 2.

The Fisher Area Food Pantry and the Fisher Area Churches are providing holiday meals for those in need this Christmas. Meals may include the choice of a ham or turkey, rolls, pie, potatoes, stuffing mix, vegetables, canned pumpkin, green bean casserole, and more.

Requests for a Christmas meal must be made by Thursday, December 18. The open house for food pickup will be Saturday, December 20.

If you live in one of the four townships in the Fisher area and could use some help putting a holiday meal on the table, please message the Fisher Area Food Pantry page or call River Valley Church of Christ - Fisher, IL (217-897-1260), for more info or to sign up.

It's , a day of generosity from those who can to those who need a helping hand. Together we can make a difference, to strengthen and transform our community! Please consider being apart of Giving Tuesday and donating to Mahomet Helping Hands today. Your dollar goes right back to our community to help feed any family who is food insecure. We give away paper products, toiletries, shelf stable food, eggs and meat monthly. We serve about 70 families a month. Thank you for your support!!

❤️ Champaign County on Saturday, November 22 (made possible with support from Christie Clinic)
