Many of you know how passionate I am about helping people get into the best shape of their life. 7 years ago I began researching Intermittent and extended fasting. It has helped me and 100’s of my clients lose thousands of pounds.
However, what you may not know is that fasting is not just about weight loss and maintenance. It’s also tied to and responsible for the prevention of age and society related diseases. Heart disease, Cancer, Stroke, Diabetes, Parkinson’s, Dementia and Alzheimer’s to name a few. One of which, as you may know I’m very familiar with, Alzheimer’s. I lost my mom and my grandparents to this dreadful disease.
My clients have heard me say it so many times. Fasting should be your way of life for so many reasons above and beyond weight loss and maintenance.
Alzheimer’s is one of the absolute worst diseases imaginable. Not only for the person suffering with it but equally as much and more so for the family in the latter stages. To watch the person you love slowly fade into oblivion is and was for me one of the most painful experiences of my lifetime. I pray that you or nobody in your family ever goes through it.
Fasting can be a way to help in the prevention of this and so many other diseases.
