This is an important concept because when we make a recommendation to you , it is for you the patient who is sitting in our chair for what your needs are if any. If the person who designed your plan failed to include the recommended services as a benefit in the plan design, our recommendations stay the same, because your need is still there.

This is very dangerous and setting a dangerous precedent......I know my ,as well as other dentists patients ask, them daily, " will my insurance pay for it?". Now you have a situation where the owner of the practice is the insurance company, but you the patient rely on us the dentist to recommend the proper care based upon our diagnoses. So ask yourself, what happens to the doctor patient trust when the insurance carrier benefits, based upon your companies HR purchase, deny/ decline benefits ,.???
