🦵 Say Goodbye to Lower Body Pain! 🦵

Are tight calves slowing you down? Calf tightness is common, whether from long hours on your feet, intense workouts, or even sitting for too long. Here are a couple of tips to relieve calf tightness and keep your lower body feeling flexible and strong:

1️⃣ Calf Stretch: Stand facing a wall with one foot back, keeping your heel on the ground. Lean forward slightly, bending your front knee, and feel a stretch in your back calf. Hold for 20–30 seconds, then switch sides.

2️⃣ Foam Rolling: Use a foam roller to release tightness in the calves. Sit on the floor with your legs extended, placing the roller under one calf. Slowly roll up and down from your ankle to your knee. For a deeper stretch, cross your other leg on top for added pressure.

Consistent stretching and muscle release techniques like these can go a long way in relieving pain and improving mobility.
