Mindfulness at Ramapo College Mindfulness at Ramapo College of New Jersey offers a variety of programs on mindfulness and contemplative practices and is open to the public.

The mission of the Mindfulness at Ramapo College of New Jersey is to support faculty, staff, and students while also serving the greater community as a center for learning and research in contemplative and mindfulness practices.

Mindfulness at Ramapo College of New Jersey story

Mindfulness at Ramapo College of New Jersey was founded in 2014 and is here to serve and to support faculty, staff, and students while also serving the greater community as a center for the learning and practice of contemplative and mindfulness practices. We offer the most widely researched mind-body program, the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 8-week course as well as an 8-week Mindfulness Self-Compassion course. We also offer an introduction to mindfulness and meditation, Learning to Meditate retreats and half day and 5-Day Silent retreats. We have weekly meditations, guest speakers and many other opportunities for practice and community. See our website for more details.
