Tomorrow marks the annual anniversary of my sister Joie’s passing. Every year I have an event in her memory. This year it was drum birthing with and his partner Rachel with some of my favorite people.

Every single one of them (all 15) plan to use this drum as a healing medicine honoring the origination of the tradition and the animal skin to bring healing into this world one beat at a time.

The next wave in sound healing. Literally it’s called “the wave” and it holds frequency for a full 40 seconds on a single strike.
