Spectrum Care Management & Counseling is hiring Part Time Support Coordinators in South Jersey.

We are looking for individuals with experience in social services who are interested in flexible, meaningful work supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or related experience

This role includes:
• Working with families and individuals to coordinate services
• Flexible, mostly remote schedule with some local travel
• Opportunity to build your own caseload over time

This Autism Awareness Month, we want to take a moment to recognize the individuals and families who are navigating things every day, often with a lot of strength and advocacy behind the scenes.

Autism looks different for everyone. Each person has their own goals, their own preferences, and their own way of moving through the world. As a Support Coordination Agency, we’re grateful to be part of that process, helping people find supports that actually fit their lives and what matters to them.
