🙏🏻This journey is expansive…

As a Yoga teacher I am forever a student as I walk in acceptance of the task at hand. In my almost 12 years of teaching and research there are a few things that have resonated with me and have been a resounding gong in my business.

✨I teach where Yoga is needed. I teach where Yoga doesn’t immediately show itself.

✨I believe your Yoga practice should be a mirror into your life practice and your life practice is a mirror into your Yoga practice.

✨When I teach, I teach to the class. There are no levels.

✨I teach so you enjoy and relax but that you also learn nuggets of information to allow you to continue your journey of the Yogic path outside of the Yoga studio.

✨Yoga is for every BODY, gender, ability, and age. Yoga is there for you not only on your best days but even more so on your worst days.

My students know me well and have heard it before….
