Thanksgiving is a few days away 🦃 and if you’re looking for a great way to start your morning, please join us at Tribe Yoga for our annual Thanksgiving Yoga Class 🧘🏼‍♀️and our first ever Turkey Trot 🏃🏽‍♂️

THE YOGA: Join us for our traditional Thanksgiving Morning Yoga Flow at 10am 🦃🙏🏼. Let’s start our day together getting grounded in gratitude with this annual class that is a celebration of movement, community and thankfulness- the perfect way to fill your cup before the feast. All other classes are cancelled that day in honor of the holiday, sign up on Mindbody or Classpass to reserve your spot.

THE FUN RUN/WALK: Let’s get outside and move☀️! Join us for our first ever Tribe Turkey Trot: a fun, FREE, pre-class walk/run/hang with your yoga family. No pressure, no pace, just a little fresh air and community to start our day of gratitude.
Meet us outside the studio at 8am on Thanksgiving morning, come solo or bring all your friends and family. We’ll head out on a 2.5(ish) mile walk/run to get moving together before rolling out our mats for class. Free. Fun. Full of Tribe Vibes. 🫶🏻 Again, this is a FREE Turkey Trot but we love if you sign up to let us know you’re coming on Mindbody or Classpass
