We would like to take a moment to thank Congressman Bean for meeting with our residents and staff at Oak View Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Congressman Bean has been a long time advocate for long term care, and played a pivotal role with ensuring nursing facilities were protected when the One Big Beautiful Bill was being worked on.

So what do we do…..we send our best on a roadtrip to host MDS trainings throughout our Lilac locations, which was led by our VP of Clinical Reimbursement, Angela Magill and our Regional MDS Consultants :Meranda Hebenstreit, Cindy Kent, Michelle Schwemmer & Karmen Morgan; summer style!

Today we wore orange and blue in memory of our dear friend, Bill. 💙🧡

Bill was the heart of our halls — always social, always smiling, always dressed head to toe in his beloved Gators colors. Every day he made his rounds with hugs, visits, and stories, never forgetting to bring me the latest Winn-Dixie ad from the paper.

He wasn’t just a resident; he was family. His presence filled our days with joy, and his absence leaves a space that won’t be easily filled. We are so grateful for the time we had with him, and he will forever be a part of our Windsor family.

Rest easy, Bill. We’ll miss you. 💙🧡🐊
