I am so grateful to be back in the studio! The week away was out of my comfort zone but totally worth it! Here’s a little bit of information about what I was studying for 40+ hours last week!

Incorporating massage into your self-care routine can be extremely beneficial to your mind, body, and soul.
-Massage encourages relaxation for your mind and body by lowering stress levels with the increase of serotonin and endorphin production (helping you sleep better at night).
-Massage supports your cardiovascular system by improving circulation, dilating blood vessels increasing oxygen levels, helping you feel more energized throughout the day.
-Massage also detoxifies your body, by physically removing stress, toxins and stagnant lymph from the muscles for you to then flush out of your system - which is why its important to drink plenty of water post massage (especially with deep-tissue).
