As the year comes to a close, this is your gentle reminder not to forget to schedule in some you time. The holidays can be beautiful and busy, and your body deserves care too.

To celebrate the end of the year, I’m offering 15% off regular priced 50 minute and 80 minute massage sessions. It’s the perfect way to release stress, restore balance, and step into the new year feeling renewed.

You can also take advantage of a massage series. Purchasing a series helps you stay consistent with your self care, supports deeper body repair, and gives you something to look forward to in the new year.

As we move into the holiday season I want to say thank you to every single client who has come through my doors this year. It has been an honor to support your wellness your relaxation and your healing. I appreciate you more than you know.

Feeling so grateful today. It brings me so much joy to see clients improving, especially those who have added the light technology into their daily routine. Watching your bodies respond, heal and open up is such a beautiful reminder of how powerful consistent care can be.

Some of the shifts I have seen lately have been incredible! Back pain reduced or completely gone, hair growing in healthier fuller and reverting back to it’s natural colour, blood work coming back beautifully balanced. These are the moments that light me up.
