“Therapy won’t help me, so why bother?”
It’s a common misconception, but it’s just that: a myth.
Whether you're facing a tough season or simply want to better understand yourself, therapy is a powerful tool for support and healing.
Taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Reaching out for support shows courage, self-awareness and a commitment to your well-being.
You are not alone. You are stronger than you think.
Did you know that 1 in 5 Americans experience a mental health issue each year?
Let’s break the stigma by separating myths from facts because understanding leads to compassion.

PHP vs. IOP — What’s the Difference?
Understanding the levels of care in mental health treatment is key to finding the right support. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers structured, daytime treatment for individuals requiring intensive support, while our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a more flexible, part-time approach to therapy. Each program is designed to meet different needs on the path to recovery.
