Each day, 13 families lose someone who could have been saved through donation. One registered donor can change that story — 8 lives saved, 75 more healed.

Seth’s legacy lives on — not only in his music, but in the six lives he saved through organ donation. His brother, Jayden, continues to honor him through music and by sharing how Seth is a donor hero.

Thank you to the Beyrooti family for honoring Seth’s story and inspiring others to consider organ donation.

By making the decision to have Seth be an organ donor, his family ensured his legacy will live on, not only in his music, but in the six lives he saved. We are grateful to the Beyrooti Family for sharing Seth's story. We hope it inspires others to consider organ donation as part of their legacy, too.

Registered donors, did your journey begin at the DMV?
If seeing that red heart on your license holds meaning for you, we’d be honored to hear why in the comments. Your experience can help others understand the legacy behind that simple symbol.

This quote reminds us of the never-ending legacy of organ, eye, and tissue donation. Our donor heroes live on in the lives they save. Their legacy becomes OurLegacy.

We're grateful for public figures like Jesse Eisenberg who use their platform to inspire awareness and hope surrounding organ donation. His recent decision to be an altruistic kidney donor shines a light on the need for more heroes willing to step up and save a life. This giving season, learn how you can also give the gift of life at the link in our bio.

In 2024, over 41,000 transplants gave new life to patients across the country — the highest number ever recorded. Progress continues, but we still need more donors to meet the need.

We were so grateful to be part of St. Luke’s Ministry Fair to share the mission of Knit Hope with hundreds of members!

It was an honor to be joined by Lynette, celebrating 18 years of her Gift of Life through a kidney and liver transplant, and by Donor Sister Marilyn Kiester, who lovingly honors her brother, Ken.

We also remembered Heart Recipient Arden, who was gifted 10 extra years with her family because another family said “yes” to organ donation.

Thank you to St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Oviedo for hosting this event to support ministries like ours. If you’d like to show love and comfort to donor families through Knit Hope, visit http://www.ourlegacyfl.org/knit

Over 5,000 people across Florida are waiting for a lifesaving transplant — and many of them live right here in Central Florida. Each “yes” on your driver’s license is more than a symbol; it’s a second chance for someone close to home.
