A gentle, body-based approach to healing that helps you process stress and trauma. It releases trapped survival energy in the nervous system. 🧠💫 Instead of just talking about and reliving past events, we tune into physical sensations to support regulation, resilience, and healing.
In a session, you might explore micro-movements, guided awareness, breathing exercises, body scanning and tracking, sound and vocal expression, drawing, painting, and more.
This work can help you feel safe within your body, regulated, grounded, and present. Healing doesn’t have to be forceful. It can be slow, safe, and deeply restorative. 🤍✨
